We were having issues with our internet/IP phones, cloud, security cameras, and network in the office... basically, nothing worked the way it was supposed to. We had a previous company supposedly "handling" things but they were hard to get in touch with and the wait time, (for an emergency), was 7-10 days minimum. We needed help! TeamLogic IT was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased. We had more complicated issues than originally thought, but Tom and his team got to the root of all of our problems and everything has been smooth sailing ever since! I am not tech-savvy by any means, but Tom made me feel comfortable even when I asked really basic questions. Highly recommend!

Since we have transitioned to TeamLogic IT the costs have been as estimated and the service better then promised! I have run a small business for 20 years and it they have been one of the better experiences with a vendor overall and certainly the easiest IT company I have dealt with. Respectful and patient to staff who may not be computer proficient and open to hearing how their expertise can assist the business goals.
