Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania in three categories: small companies (15-99 employees), medium companies (100-249) and large companies (250 or more). To be considered, companies must have at least 15 employees working in Pennsylvania; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; be a publicly or privately held business; have a facility in the state of Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year.
TeamLogic IT in Newtown, which is owned by Pratik Roychoudhury, was recognized in the small company category. The business also has offices in Warminster, Jenkintown, King of Prussia and three locations in Philadelphia. In addition, the company has New Jersey locations in Princeton, Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel and Burlington. Roychoudhury and his team provide managed IT services, up-to-date security solutions, cloud services, staff training and industry IT best practices to businesses and organizations throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Roychoudhury’s business also recently received the Top Volume award from TeamLogic Inc., the company that owns the TeamLogic IT franchise brand. The corporate award recognized TeamLogic IT in Newtown as the top revenue-producing business in the entire TeamLogic IT franchise national network in 2021. The office experienced a 37% year-over-year growth rate to win the top award.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
There were two parts used to determine the rankings. The first consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which consisted of 75% of the total. The combined scores determined the top companies and their final ranking, which will be revealed at a Dec. 8 awards celebration honoring the companies recognized.
